When you purchase 2 toner cartridges from ACS for a given printer, that printer becomes eligible
for free on site repairs (including parts and labor). ACS will do a site audit to record serial
numbers and page counts on eligible printers. This is updated periodically to ensure that the
printers are supplied solely by ACS. This also includes free installation of maintenance kits which
are purchased from ACS. There must be at least 5 eligible printers per site. To answer any
questions or find out if your printers are eligible get started please contact ACS by submiting form
below.
